 3. Wholesale Pricing

All prices are listed in AUS dollars. All authorized retailers will receive 20% off the Market Retail Price. An initial $150.00 minimum order is required.

4. Returns

Returns must be made in writing directly to the Head Office within 7 days of delivery date quoting invoice number and reasons. No returns are acceptable without prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. Shipping will be charged plus a 10% restocking fee.

Please email us with details of the product prior to returning it.

5. Payments

Kimmi’s Divine Herbals accept Credit/Debit card (MasterCard, Visa,) PayPal, and Bank Transfer payments.

The invoice will provide alternative payment details.

Goods will be shipped once the account is paid in full.

All credit card payments currently do not incur a merchant fee.

If paying via Bank Transfer, please email us through remittance advice as proof of payment.

NO CREDIT accounts accepted.

NO AFTERPAY ACCEPTED.

6. Net 3 Day Terms

Payment is to be made by the payment option mentioned above, within 3 days of submitting the order. After this time no contact has been made to Kimmi’s Divine Herbals regarding payment within said time frame. Order will become null and void and a 10% fee of the total order amount excluding postage cost will become payable immediately.

7. Shipping

Cost of postage will be a flat rate of $15.00 for standard Australian-wide shipping.

8. Damages and Defects

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Kimmi’s Divine Herbals at kim@kimmisdivineherbals.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.

9. Delivery 

Please allow at least 10-14 days from the time of your order for completion of items. Larger orders may require more time; please contact us for information about availability.

10. Shipping International Orders

We do not currently ship international wholesale orders.
